More encaustic wax pictures

I did a few more encaustic wax pictures before packing it all away for another few months. I love doing it but then I do it to death and get too experimental and the pictures go all 'muddy' looking so at that point, best to pack it away.

    I'm not even going to pretend to know what encaustic wax pictures are but the effect is stunning, that much I do know! :)

    Hi Vivienne, it's basically hot melted, coloured beeswax, slapped about in an experimental way on glossy card with a heat tool. Great fun and always interesting results. There are some good YouTube videos to show you how it's done.
