I had one final entry late afternoon which made it in the bag with the others.

The knitting circle was really good, it runs every 2 weeks from 1.30 til 3pm. The microwave jam is sooo easy - it never boils over, and ALWAYS sets! If you want any photocopies of specific recipes let me know x
Thanks Sally for the recipe info, my one attempt this year at jam (strawberry) was a stressful and messy affair, nearly put me off trying again, despite it tasting good in the end. I will definitely be trying your method, might even risk it pre-christmas if I can find the cheap rasps.
